We were Mortgagees in possession. We had to go through a certain process to sell the property and Robyn had not dealt with our situation before, only with banks on that type of sale. She found out all the things she had to do and made it all happen. We were not in the area at the time and needed her to be our eyes and ears.
Robyn did a great job and as it turned out there ended up being a lot of hurdles along the way. But she was positive throughout, gave us sound advice and really knew what the buyer needed and wanted also. Her knowledge and understanding of how the islands work was a major benefit as well.
Without her we would not have sold the house as she had potential clients in waiting when our first contract fell over. It was seamless. Can't thank Robyn enough for her efforts.
